We know by supporting our employees as we can drive our expertise in supporting our customers needs too. We are accredited by The Living Wage Foundation as both a living wage employer and the very first living hours employers in our local community. This is something we are very proud to deliver.
Another commitment we really stand up for is giving back where ever we can, this is why we not only stand by example but passionately donate to other great causes via the Payroll Giving Scheme. This enables all staff, directors and shareholders to donate a portion of their income to charitable causes and what is even better is for every £1 donated Crown Payroll Services match it by another £1 too and even pay the admin fees so that the charities us and our employees support get as much of their donations as possible and this is why we have been awarded the Payroll Giving Platinum award, which we are super grateful for.
